MAKING UP AND HYDRO DOWN!!!!

Morris : I have forgiven my sister. I have healed beautifully. Upset though and, for a change, Mabel had nothing to do with it. Our hydrotherapy was cancelled. Thought I was going to miss out on my massage and seeing Katie. Fortunately we're booked in for this week instead and, hopefully, the tank will be repaired. Had to make do with some paddling. Not the same!!

Mabel : I have been forgiven. Very happy. I've even been allowed to share Morris's bed. Phew. Was a tad worried for a wee while there.

HEALTH AND RABBITS

Morris: I am now stitchless but I was rocking a T-shirt until today. I've healed up really well and the baldy bits are starting to get hairy again. It's a wee bit warmer but still freezing. Mabel and I have been lying on their bed a lot. Pam's redecorating and it's safest to stay ot of the way. Also getting really good at sitting on the couch or chairs. Apparently this really is a hound thing. I think I look pretty good like this. Mabel ignores me!

Mabel : I caught a big rabbit yesterday. My first. I am very proud of myself. I brought it straight back and gave it to Ewen. He gave me a big cuddle and told me, "Well done." I know some people think it's cruel but it is what we Sight Hounds do. Just like lions and tigers. I hope we get to eat some of it later because I really had to run to catch it. Totally exhausted but so pleased.

T SHIRTS.

Morris : Been wearing a selection of Ewen's T-shirts this past ten days. It stops me licking my stitches. Pam has picked ones that are my colour so they blend in more. The black is great but boy does it show the dirt. Got some stitches out on Thursday morning. Hopefully, the rest come out today!! They are getting a bit itchy so I'll be glad to see them go.

Mabel : I'm glad I'm not wearing a T-shirt. I don't even like getting my coat on. I like to feel able to run free. Unfettered. Pam has bought us lighter, flourescent coats for the summer. She says they will show were we (ME actually) are and protect our skin !!!!! Feel I may have caused myself to always wear a coat. Ho Hum!!!

RECAP!

Morris : I am using these stitches as an encouragement to use their bed. Very comfy and very cosy. Mabel sometimes trots through and looks as if she wants to join me. I stretch out and remind her why I am wearing one of Ewen's T-shirts!!! Enough said! Mabel: I really didn't mean to hurt my big brother. People look at me in horror when they realise what I've done. Feel very sad and embarrassed. Hang my head and hide in my batcave. When I'm trying to get up on the bed I'm really trying to cuddle in and say sorry.
