Mirren 9th July

Apologies for not getting back to you all sooner but things have just been same old same old.  Until this morning.  First of all Pam had bought me some venison and duck sausages from Lily's Kitchen.  Always a plus.  Then, on our early morning walk we turned a corner, and there, 10 feet away were three hares.  Two were boxing and one was watching.  Well, what can a girl do?  Just had to give chase.  Off I went.   Great fun but the ground was wet and slippy and I couldn't get up to my full speed.  Not that I am as fast as I used to be.  Metal plates and arthritis hold you back.  Good to be home now.  Big drink and treats as a congratulations.  Murphy is visiting today so I'd better make sure I've eaten everything before he arrives!!!
